Order ready for sending

Ringbandenwebshop.nl has completed your order and it is now ready for sending. Delivery will be the next workday between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm by our trusted courier. Be sure someone is at the place of delivery that day as it will need to be signed for.

Delivery will be within 3 to 15 working days. Upon completion of your order you can see which delivery date is held for your product. What should I take into account when drawing up my design?

When designing, consider the following points:

 

Adobe Illustrator

- Save documents as EPS file format not as Illustrator file (.ai)

- Change layout to CMYK

- Fonts enclosed

- Fonts changed into letter outline is preferred

- Always deliver placed photos and visuals in EPS-CMYK, with at least 300 dpi at 100%

- There is no need to unnecessarily upload large images with the upload at this time.

 

Adobe Photoshop

- Always deliver images in 300 dpi in CMYK with one of the following files:

- Photoshop EPS

- Tiff

- JPEG if image is at real size 300 dpi

 

Adobe Indesign

- Always enclose imported files

- Placed images should be minimum 300 dpi. Line images should have a resolution of minimum of 800 dpi at 100%

- Do not save Photoshop EPS’ with a JPEG code, you also need to save the file without “halftone screen”, “Postscript colour management” or “Image interpolation”, these are  choice options when saving.

- Create clipping paths in Photoshop

- All fonts should be enclosed: screen and print fonts suitable for Mac OSX

- True Type and Multiple Master fonts won’t be accepted

- Never change the font with the style pallet into bold or italic

- All colours should be edited in CMYK, including the used images and illustrations. When using gradients in the layout, these should be designed in either Photoshop or Illustrator.

 

Adobe Acrobat

Deliver certified PDF is no problem if you use the profiles KVGO sheet fed offset (CMYK or spot) or the profiles of the Ghent PDF workgroup (or Sheet CMYK SheetSpotHiRes). 

 

General comment:

Visa, MasterCard and Maestro
It is also possible for you to pay for your order by credit card. Therefore you need the card number and the expiry date. After payment the amount is automatically charged and then we go to work for you!

I am not satisfied with the quality of my product, now what?

Do you have products from us and are you not satisfied with the quality? That is annoying; ringbandenwebshop does its best to deliver quality products in perfect condition to you. Yet it may be that occasionally something goes wrong whether it be human error or in transit, it can happen to the best of us. Report a complaint or comment via the online complaint form. After we have received this form from you we will contact you as soon as possible to find an appropriate solution within 2 working days.

Is it possible to adjust my customer data at a later date?
